That's why our procedures are open ended, to allow the job to get done (safely of course), this means our crews will never be handcuffed by procedures and can complete any task however they seem fit. This creates higher morale in our field crews, which in turn, creates better performance and interactions from our field crews.

Scheduling:

In our experience, major projects can tend to have abnormal schedules for construction, and deadlines. We are prepared for that, and can work with you to make any scheduling concerns you have easier. We plan to setup each job with highly capable and compatible crews that are experienced with these schedules.

We also understand work-life balance and emergencies can cause stressful work environments. Which is why we also plan on having an additional crew or two preemptively orientated for all projects we are a part of, for seamless rotations, and hot-swaps if need be.

We believe in being proactive, getting ahead of problems, and planning ahead. We try not to be reactive, "making it work" is great, but not sustainable for a long period of time, we plan on versatility and adaptability to help keep production moving forward.

 

Budget:

We never want our rates to be the reason you don't choose Perpetual to help your project succeed. We believe our rates are quite competitive and hope you do as well. With that being said, we know budgets can handcuff our clients, and we can work together to come up with a price that works for both parties. We truly want to assist where we can and will work hard to prove that helping our clients achieve their goals is our focus, whatever it takes.

We know every company has different needs, and we want to be able to provide services to as many of them as possible. That's why we are well versed in many different disciplines in the field, and utilize different software and programs to give you full control over what we provide you as a deliverable. From preliminary profiles and scouting reports, progress reporting/tracking and final asbuilts, we can customize our deliverable packages to suit your needs project to project!
