At Perpetual Geomatics, we’re proud to announce that we are now CCIB Certified through the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business; a designation that recognizes verified Indigenous ownership and operational control. This certification is more than a credential; it’s a reflection of who we are, where we come from, and the standards we hold ourselves to as a Métis-owned business working across Western Canada.

Being CCIB-Certified affirms Perpetual’s commitment to integrity, accountability, and excellence in every project we deliver. It provides industry partners, clients, and procurement teams with the assurance that when they work with us, they’re engaging with an Indigenous business that meets the highest professional, ethical, and technical standards.

In an era where reconciliation and inclusion are becoming foundational to how Canada does business, CCIB certification bridges more than just opportunity; it builds understanding. It ensures Indigenous companies have a clear path to participate meaningfully in projects that shape our communities, landscapes, and shared future.

For Perpetual, this recognition also carries personal significance. Our work is deeply rooted in the land;  mapping it, studying it, and respecting it. As a Métis-owned geomatics firm, we combine cutting-edge LiDAR, 3D scanning, and spatial technologies with a sense of stewardship that reflects our cultural values. CCIB certification strengthens our ability to represent Indigenous excellence in highly technical industries like construction, infrastructure, and resource development;  sectors where precision and trust matter most.

We see this certification not as a finish line but as a foundation;  a starting point for continued collaboration with clients, communities, and other Indigenous enterprises. Together, we’re setting new standards for how Indigenous innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship can lead Canada forward.
