Certified Survey Services

Boundary Surveys and Fence Layouts

We provide ALS-certified boundary surveys to establish or confirm legal property lines. This is critical for fencing, resolving neighbour disputes, and protecting land ownership rights. All corners are located, flagged, and recorded. We also offer layout assistance for proposed fences based on legal boundary data, minimizing the risk of encroachments or loss of usable land.

Topographic Surveys

Topo surveys collect elevation data and generate contour maps that show the shape of the land; slopes, depressions, flat areas. These are essential for drainage planning, site design, and construction. We also provide cross-sectioning for ditches, roads, or areas planned for excavation.

Ideal for: Site planning, grading, landscaping, construction prep, and erosion mitigation.

Right-of-Way & Easement Surveys

Drainage & Waterflow Assessments

Using conventional, 3D and drone topo data along with field observations, we identify how water moves through your property. We flag pooling areas, undersized ditches, or improperly sloped land that might be causing water damage or erosion. We’ll also suggest practical, landowner-friendly fixes;  swales, culverts, berms, or redirection strategies.

 

Ideal for: Persistent flooding, road/driveway washouts, basement seepage, septic placement, and general erosion issues.

Road, Trail & Driveway Mapping and Planning

We use topographic data and drone imagery to design and layout the best paths for roads and trails — considering grade, drainage, and access needs. We also assess existing routes and suggest improvements or rerouting options.

3D Scanning and Visualization

Property “Digital Twins”

We provide a full 3D scan of your living space; including your house, driveway, yard, and surrounding outbuildings. This creates a high-detail visual model you can view from any device. It’s useful for planning upgrades, preserving a record of assets, or marketing a property for sale. Within the scan you can measure, check elevations and plan confidently as all scan data is geodetically referenced and accurate to within 2cms!

Interior Structure Scans

Detailed 3D models of garages, barns, shops, silos, and sheds. We can provide measurements, floorplans, and models for repairs, renovations, or recordkeeping.

Drone Imagery & Roof Scans

High-resolution drone flights give you an updated birds-eye view of your land. We also offer focused flights to assess roof condition or get hard-to-reach footage. Includes orthomosaics, video tours, or high-res stills.

Land & Asset Documentation

Vegetation & Land Use Mapping

We provide categorized mapping of your land: forest, crop zones, pasture, wetlands, and natural watercourses. For wooded areas, we can estimate tree counts or volume for lumber potential!

Asset Documentation

We map and document key property features: wells, septic systems, utility lines, fencing, outbuildings, pens, and anything of value. Each asset is geo-located and included in the property map or 3D model.
